Don't Be Afraid to Ask

I just learned today, that it is okay to ask questions when it comes to coupons.

I recently had a coupon for baby formula that I really wanted to use, however the formula had changed it's container and size for that container.  The coupon had the old container on the coupon, but the main thing was the size.  The old container was 24oz, but the new container was 23.2 oz.  The coupon stated that it was for the 24oz size.  I asked the cashier if it was okay to still use the coupon, since it was the company who changed the size and the coupon was still good.

The cashier was more than willing to make it work.  Even though the register took it, she said she would make it work if it didn't.
